Sewing

One of my favorite hobbies is sewing. In my opinion sewing is both handicraft and art. Some people think that sewing and fashion designing belong to the same group of occupation but I am here to say that sewing is more specialized than fashion designing. For example a tailor can automatically become a fashion designer after 5 years of tailoring by his or her experiences while sewing but a fashion designer can’t become a tailor by just designing clothes! Because the basic elements of sewing are needles, sewing machine, pattes, meter, and fabric but for designing are papers and colour pencils!

I remember my teacher told me that tailors are more talented than every other artist because they give shape to the fabric which is shapeless and don’t have any bulk!

Buing calories

Being on shape have become our young generation’s main conce these days. Young girls and even young boys like to be on shape. They do lot of exercise to bu more calories so that their bodies get rid of extra fat which have accumulate in different parts of their bodies under the skin. Swimming, walking, ruing, hiking and riding bicycle are the simplest exercises that increases the heart rate in order to bu calories and losing weight. Another way of losing weight is counting your calories for example if you multiply your weight in kilograms by 30 the result gives you the average number of your needed calories in order to stay in your weight. Then you have to just omit 300 calories and try to take that much for the next 2 weeks to lose some weights.

Family problems

Last night I was invited to a party. When I and my husband got there something fascinated my attention, which was smartphones!
All of my family members had their smartphones in their hands, even children. They didn’t have smart phone so they got their parent’s tablets. BUT WHY?! We gathered here to enjoy our time together but none of us were doing so. I think technology (smart phones, tablets, social media …) has become a very dangerous problem for us, our families and also our eyesight.
